Our story is quite simple, just like our approach to making cookies…
It all started when we were unable to find a cookie on the market that met our standards, so we created our own. We set out to create a cookie that we could be proud of, with unmatched taste and quality – and eventually Ultimate Cookie Co was baked into existence.

INGREDIENTS
Simple honest ingredients, locally & sustainably sourced. Un-matched taste & quality.
British sugar, British flour from a family owned mill, fairtrade chocolate, British churned butter & free-range British eggs where the hens have access to outdoor pastures.
METHOD
We're a bakery not a factory - using traditional small batch methods. Our passionate bakers sift & weigh our ingredients by hand, butter & sugar are creamed together at just the right temperature & each cookie is checked by eye.
PLANET
Sustainable, ethical & palm oil free. Our packaging cartons are 100% recyclable & sourced from sustainable forests, we maintain high standards of animal welfare & we donate a % of our profits to charity.
